Peninsula Bay Resort - Rooms
All apartments at Peninsula Bay Resort are fully air-conditioned and equipped with bathtub and/or shower, full cooking facilities, dining setting, flat screen televisions in every room, in-room safes, Wi Fi and Private balcony.
The timeshare apartment for sale is a 50sq meter studio apartment however you can upgrade your timeshareto purchase to acquire a 1 or 2 bed apartment if desired.
This studio apartment is fully equipped as above and tastefully furnished. It is ideal for two adults but will sleep a small child as well. Images attached (more images available on trip advisor).
This Peninsula Bay Resort timeshare offers.
a) 1 floating (non fixed) week a year in a 50sq meter Studio apartment in the Peninsula Bay resort for the rest of your life. There is also the option to stay in Peninsula Beach resort.
b) 3 years membership to Interval International -International timeshare company
c) 1 year Membership to Dial and Exchange- International timeshare company
d) 3 banked weeks that have already accumulated - can be used at any timeshare resort globally (a small exchange fee of ~$100 applies)
The international timeshare companies listed above allow you to bank your floating week that you will not be using one year and use it in any other timeshare resort gloabally (subject to availability). You can also bank your week one year and combine it to the next year to avail of a 2 week holiday.
Additional rooms can also be purchased through the international timeshare companies at great discount rates known as ‘Bonus weeks’.
Yearly Maintenance fees:
Paid by 31st December each year – this charge pays for the upkeep of the resort and maintains it at a five start quality.
These fees’s can be paid into the ANZ account in Perth or directly to the resort, its costs roughly $365 yearly.
