c) 1 year Membership to Dial and Exchange- International timeshare company
d) 2 banked weeks that have already accumulated - can be used at any timeshare resort globally (a small exchange fee of ~$100 applies)
The international timeshare companies listed above allow you to bank your floating week that you will not be using one year and use it to in any other timeshare resort. You can also bank your week one year and combine it to the next year to avail of a 2 week holiday.
Deed of ownership will be transferred for this sale.
Peninsula Bay Resort - Rooms
All apartments at Peninsula Bay Resort are fully air-conditioned and equipped with bathtub and/or shower, full cooking facilities, dining setting, televisions in every room, in-room safes, Wi Fi and Private balcony.
The room can be upgraded for a small fee to a one bedroom or two bedroom on request. Additional rooms can also be purchased through the international timeshare companies at great discount rates known as ‘Bonus weeks’.
Studio Apartment
At 50 sq mtrs (538sq ft), so much larger than your average hotel room, fully equipped as above and tastefully furnished, the studio apartment is ideal for two adults but will sleep a small child as well. Images attached
Yearly Maintenance fees:
Paid by 31st December each year – this charge pays for the upkeep of the resort and maintains it at a five start quality.
These fees’s can be paid into the ANZ account in Perth or directly to the resort, its costs roughly $365 yearly.
